Our 2018 Clown/Barrelman will be announced soon!

Clown/Barrelman:

Announcer:  Kelly Kenney– Back again for 2018

Kelly has been a fan favorite at every rodeo he’s announced.  He makes a connection with the crowd through his quick wit and his smooth baritone voice.  From the moment Kelly rides into the arena on horseback to the minute he bids you farewell at the end of the performance, you’re going to be treated to the Southern Hospitality that only a man from smalltown, USA (Humansville, MO) can deliver.  Whether or not this is your first rodeo, Kelly will explain what’s going on in the arena as well as the ups and downs of each and every contestant. His knowledge of Professional Rodeo is second to none. Sought after by rodeos across the country, we are very fortunate to have Kelly here again.  There’s no down time with Kelly behind the mic, he’ll keep you informed and entertained throughout the perfomance with his ability to interact with you, the contestants, and the clown.  www.kellykenney.com

SEATING!  Since the 2015 Wisconsin River Pro Rodeo, there have been significant changes to the rodeo grounds.  First off, the name of the grounds has changed.  It is now owned by the City of Merrill and is now known as the Merrill Festival Grounds (Same location, new name).  We now have a 3000 seat Grandstand, and a 150′ x 250′ arena with all new footing.  Since the 2016 rodeo, we have been implementing changes to the footing to improve the ground.  These changes will be in place for the 2017 rodeo in June.
